Hello, I would like to buy an advanced BMW programming tool, so based on my research I have these two options. However, before deciding which one should I get, I would like to hear some opinions from real users about these tools, what's the advantage and disadvantage etc. There must be a certain reason why the explorer is more expensive and doesn't even offer key programmers, while Autohex offers everything for a cheaper price. Any comment and advise regarding this topic will be much appreciated

Looking for someone who can help me, i will pay for this service or whoever can assist me. I got an Audi A4 2008 2.0 with the MED17.1 ECU where the customer did burn the processor of his old ECU through a short and got a used ECU with exact same part number. Since i couldnt clone it, i disabled the immobilizer and edited the VIN inside the EEPROM of the used ECU. Car starts but transmission doesnt shift because it throws a fault code saying ecu not compatible. Coding doesnt help and i guess it has the wrong software for either manual transmission. I have odis engineering and i can also flash FRF files. Just need to know what software version to flash or how to proceed. Thanks in advance.
I need add a key. So, I did dismount KVM module and read.
I read with IM608: remove crystal and capacitor, and read in locked mode. Read D-Flash but when try read EEPROM, IM608 give me message "MCU is unclocked". So, I tried unlocked mode, but I have message "MCU is locked". Now, I can not read nothing....
After this, solder capacitor and crystal but, when solder crystal, I damaged crystal. Now, KVM is not working, and don´t know if problem is software (damaged by IM608) or only crystal damaged.
My idea now is try with VVDI Prog to try read EEPROM and D-FLASH of KVM module.
I bought an used KVM and my idea is, if I can read original KVM, clone to this and after add a key. But, if I can not read original KVM, how can I mount used KVM and program to car?

I have here airbag module from fiat ducato.
It have dtc B0100. It have SPC560 mcu.
But what eeprom do i need to read to get this error solved?
Maybe the 564WQ (the little 8pins eeprom?)
I tried to code CRD2 engine ECU for VMAX unlock by sending 27 0B command input.
I got Response 7F 27 12. Why not 67 0B ?
Is it bcos of too old CBF file ?
